A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator to join our team at S&B Utilities.
As Administrator you will undertake a variety of general administration duties and provide essential support to all departments.
The role briefly encompasses the following duties:-
- Answering incoming telephone calls via the switchboard.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post, including post office deliveries.
- Performing purchasing system tasks, such as raising purchase orders.
- Taking minutes of meetings.
- Maintaining training records as requested.
- Assisting with hotel bookings and maintaining booking records.
- Purchasing and managing office supplies and equipment.
- Inputting timesheets and employee data into relevant time management systems.
- Creating reports as per client requests within framework contracts.
- Documenting information within framework contracts.
- Providing general administration support as required.
- Assisting the SHEQ function with the OAIN system.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/experience/attributes:-
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High literacy and numerical ability.
- Ability to interrogate information and manipulate data to create high-quality reports.
- Experience in administration (desirable).
- Reactive and proactive approach to issues.
- Team player with excellent time management and organizational skills.
