The role is critical in ensuring that project activities are properly planned, interfaces are effectively managed and project milestones are achieved.\n\nThe role briefly encompasses the following duties but is not limited to: -\n\nDeveloping and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6.\n\nMonitoring progress, milestones and critical path activities across all project phases.\n\nSupporting design, procurement, construction and commissioning planning activities.\n\nProducing programme updates, dashboards and performance reports.\n\nConducting schedule analysis and forecasting project outcomes.\n\nIdentifying programme risks, delays and opportunities for recovery.\n\nCoordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure schedules reflect project requirements.\n\nSupporting project controls, governance and reporting processes.\n\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills\u002Fexperience\u002F attributes:\n\nExperience: Minimum 5 years' planning experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or industrial projects.\n\nTechnical Skills: Proven experience using Primavera P6 and producing project schedules and programme reports.\n\nQualifications: HNC\u002FHND or Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline.\n\nAnalysis: Experience in progress monitoring, forecasting and critical path analysis.\n\nIT Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting capability.\n\nCommunication: Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nDesirable: Experience within nuclear, water treatment, process plant or major infrastructure projects.\n\nWhat we do:\n\nS&B Utilities is committed to providing reliable and efficient mechanical and electrical services to our community.
