About the Role

As Head of People Development, you will lead the design and delivery of programmes that enhance leadership capability, develop future talent, strengthen succession planning and foster a culture of continuous learning. Combining strategic vision with hands-on delivery, you'll ensure the organisation has the skills, capability and leadership pipeline needed to achieve our growth ambitions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the Group's People Development strategy, aligning learning and talent initiatives with business goals.
• Driving leadership and management development programmes that enhance organisational capability and performance.
• Developing talent management and succession planning frameworks to build strong pipelines for future leadership roles.
• Partnering with senior leaders to identify capability needs and deliver impactful development solutions.
• Championing organisational development initiatives that support engagement, transformation and cultural growth.
• Using data and insight to evaluate impact and continuously improve people development activities.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organisational Development or a broader People leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of leadership development, succession planning and organisational effectiveness.
• Proven ability to influence and build credibility with Executive and senior stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong project management skills.
• Data-driven, commercially aware and passionate about developing people and organisations.
• CIPD Level 7, or equivalent experience preferred.
